Note: Official working days at Shop (Brodar) from Saturday to Thursday. Friday, holidays and official holidays are for all employees of Shop (Brodar) and for shipping companies.

* Please note that if you select cash on delivery as the means of payment, there will be an additional fee that is separate from the value of the demand shipping fee + additional fee for the cash on delivery is SAR 19 for all Saudi Arabian cities. Please note that free shipping and cash on delivery are not available for make order outside Saudi Arabia , but the payment method is available at the visa or Master Card .

 

When will I get the order if I'm inside Saudi Arabia ?

 

We will deliver your product within a day to five days working after The order is confirmed in the case of Visa or Master Card payments.

 

-After the request has been confirmed by call from a customer service representatives, if you choose to cash on delivery as your preferred payment method.

 

Then you won't have to wait too long. The shipping carrier's employee or one of the brodar delivery team will contact you on your mobile phone number to coordinate with you on the date of receipt of the shipment. You should note that incoming calls to your mobile should be answered so that the delegate responsible for the delivery can coordinate with you on the delivery date you request.

 

Please note that the official working days at the ( brodar ) Shop are from Saturday to Thursday, and that the delivery is not available on Fridays, holidays and public holidays.

 

Follow the request status with you:

 

follow up the order status, we will send you a text message on your mobile number after complete the purchase as soon as the shipment is sent. The text message has including a tracking number for your shipment that you can enter the number at the shipping company's website to follow up the status of the shipment directly. If you do not find a tracking number in your text message to track your shipment, you will find the mobile number of the brodar Shop representative who will deliver the shipment to you. The representative will contact you to coordinate the delivery time to your home.
